IT TAKES A VILLAGE - TOWN CONSTRUCTION

Fill out our themed building registration in RED below to build your 1/2 scale building/facade for Old West Days from 8'x4' Hollywood flats.

• Use the tips provided in our application to build theatrical flats. This is affordable for you and easy to assemble each year.

• The public votes for their favorite building by donating tickets. 75% of the money you raise goes back to your organization.

• 25% of the cost of your entry automatically goes to your organization; unless you fail to show up for the event.

• Nonprofits and/or organizations select and pay for a plot of land in the western town to build their structure.

• Builders designate a beneficiary for money raised.

• All builders are to build a 1/2 scale building in a material that can get wet (no cardboard).

• The ground cover of each plot must be included as part of their design (based on GCSD approval)

• Builders must check in periodically and submit photos of their structures to ensure spots are filled.
